• With other users: Your listing details (name, city, product info) are visible to Customers browsing the Platform. Your contact information is only shared when you explicitly consent or when a Customer submits an enquiry.
• With service providers: We use third-party services such as Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (web hosting). These providers are bound by their own privacy and data security policies.
• As required by law: We may disclose information to law enforcement or government authorities when legally required under Indian law (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, etc.).

Homon.in does not share your personal data with advertisers or marketing agencies.

Homon.in uses browser cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, however this may affect functionality of certain parts of the Platform.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Listing data, enquiries, and uploaded content associated with an account may be retained in anonymized form for internal analytics.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Homon.in is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
